How to Donate
You can only make a political contribution if you are:
- a resident of BC, and
- either a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
How much can I contribute?
$1,484.38 (2025) Maximum allowable.
Will I get a tax receipt?
We can only issue income tax receipts for amounts of $40 and over.
You may send an e-transfer donation to BC Strong here (please send an email to same address with your full name, full addresses, and phone number for suggested membership donation of $10/year, and for tax receipt purposes):

Note:
- Contributions over $100 must be made by cheque, money order, credit card, or electronic transfer.
- There are serious penalties for breaking the political contribution rules established by the Election Act, including monetary penalties of up to double the amount of the contribution made in contravention of the rules.
- Corporations, unions and organizations are prohibited from making political contributions. They are also prohibited from reimbursing individuals for making political contributions.
